The Life Science Financial Services Team can aid you in providing guidance on Northwestern University’s visa process.
Our team of Financial Assistants will collaborate with the Office of International Students and Scholar Services(OISS), Risk Management, Weinberg and the Office for Research when processing the appointment and/or visa request. The information we request from you is required by these different offices for approval of the appointment and/or visa.

Please note, costs for personal visas are not reimbursable or covered by PI/Departments in the Departments of Molecular Biosciences, Neurobiology, Interdisciplinary Biological Sciences and Life Sciences Financial Services. This includes but not limited to the fees for SEVIS, OPT, EAD.
